Historic Breslov Shul To Be Demolished for Massive New Shul

By Rockland Daily Staff

The historic Breslov shul at 70 Main Street has been an iconic landmark in Monsey for nearly 50 years, and has served as a hub of tefillah and learning for the Breslov community.

This shul was one of the first in Monsey, established in its early days, when the roots of today's vibrant neighborhood were being laid.

In the next few days the iconic shul will be taken down and a beautiful, massive new shul will be built in it's place. The new shul will accommodate the growing Breslov community in Monsey, and continue the legacy of the shul's humble beginnings.

In the meantime, the shul has rented a temporary location on Elyon Rd, where the sounds of Torah and tefillah will continue until the new building is ready.
