Gas Maintenance Work Scheduled in Garnerville

Orange and Rockland Utilities will continue gas maintenance work at the metering station on Eakman Drive from Tuesday, April 28 through Thursday, April 30, between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Officials say the work may involve venting, which could cause a noticeable gas odor in the area.

Residents are advised that this is expected as part of the maintenance, but should still report any gas smells not believed to be related. In case of a suspected gas leak, move to a safe location and call 911 or 1-800-533-LEAK.
