Closures and Changes in Observance of Presidents Day

The third Monday in February is the day when Washington’s Birthday is observed, and this brings closures and alternate schedules for many organizations around the city. 

Rockland County offices are closed today, as are all nonessential government offices, such as DMV, federal, state, and municipal courts, post offices, and many banks will be closed. 

The TOR bus system will operate on a Saturday schedule, as reported by Rockland Daily here.
