Clarkstown Police Department Promotions

Clarkstown Police Department Chief Wanamaker announced the promotions of James Fay to the rank of Captain and Kieran Dwyer to the rank of Lieutenant.

Captain Fay previously held the rank of Lieutenant in the Patrol Division. Captain Fay is a 29-year veteran of the Clarkstown Police Department.

Lieutenant Dwyer has served the Clarkstown Police Department for the past 19 years. He most recently served as Detective Sergeant leading the Clarkstown Police Department's JAB Detectives.
