Bnos Agudas Yisroel of Monsey Holds 14th Annual Melava Malka

This year, the Bnos theme of Bnos Bands Together, introduced on Motzei Shabbos, is particularly apropos, reflecting the unity of the organization with its multitude of satellite Bnos Agudas Yisroel groups located throughout Rockland. 

The 14th annual Bnos Melava Malka was a night to remember. Held at Yeshiva of Spring Valley's boys building, it was mobbed with first through eighth-grade girls from all over Rockland. There was great excitement in the air and a rush to get to the event, as the first 900 girls received a door prize and refreshments. Special raffle drawings were held for all prepaid tickets. 

The program began with Rabbi Avi Frank, a noted mechanech, emcee, and master storyteller. The featured show of the night, the Nussi Show, included an impressive series of juggling and magic acts that kept the enthusiastic crowd sitting at the edge of their seats.

It wasn't only the raffle winners who brought home a special memento from the truly amazing evening. Every girl in attendance is now looking forward to future  Bnos events as the new season has launched.
