BDE: R’ Tzvi Dov Walter, z”l

We regret to inform you of the passing of R’ Tzvi Dov Walter, a well-known and respected member of the New Square community.

R’ Tzvi Dov was a devoted melamed and menahel who spent many years educating generations of children in New Square. Known for his dedication to chinuch and his steady presence in the classroom, he left a lasting impact on countless talmidim and families through his teaching.

In recent years, the niftar had been battling illness, facing it with quiet dignity. This morning he returned his neshama at the age of 76, marking the loss of a figure who devoted his life to chinuch and to the community.

The levaya will take place today at 4:30 p.m. at the Beis Medrash of New Square, followed by kevura at the New Square Bais Chaim.
