Assemblyman Aron Wieder Opens New Monsey District Office
BY YS GOLD
On Sunday afternoon, Assemblyman Aron Wieder warmly welcomed
community members to an open house celebrating the opening of his new district
office in Monsey. The event drew local residents, askanim, and community
leaders who came together to mark an important milestone in expanding
constituent services in the area.
The open house took place at the new office location, 33
Downtown Drive, in the main lobby of the building. Throughout the afternoon,
visitors had the opportunity to tour the office, familiarize themselves with
the space, and engage directly with the Assemblyman in a relaxed and welcoming
atmosphere.
Assemblyman Wieder personally greeted attendees, expressing
his appreciation to those who took the time to stop by. He shared his
enthusiasm about the new office, noting that it will serve as a central and
accessible hub for residents seeking assistance, guidance, or a direct line of
communication with their elected representative.
Community members expressed appreciation for the opportunity
to connect one-on-one, ask questions, and wish the Assemblyman success in his
continued work on behalf of the district. The open house reflected Assemblyman
Wieder’s commitment to accessibility, transparency, and strong ties with the
community he represents.
Among the well-wishers were Deputy Mayor of the Village of
Spring Valley Sruly Eisenbach who presented the assemblyman with a cake bearing
his likeness.
The successful gathering underscored the importance of open
dialogue between public officials and constituents, setting a positive tone for
the work ahead from the newly opened Monsey district office.
Assemblyman Wieder thanked the community for showing up for
this celebration, and gave the following statement to Rockland Daily:
“After an incredibly productive 2025—where my team and I
helped thousands of constituents navigate state agencies, secure funding, and
resolve local issues this satellite office allows us to bring those services
even closer to home for families across the 97th Assembly District.
Located in the heart of Ramapo, it’s easily walkable for
many people who do not drive, so you can stop by to share concerns or get the
help you need. This satellite office works hand-in-hand with our main district
office at 1 Blue Hill Plaza in Pearl River to provide seamless service
throughout Ramapo and Orangetown.
“My door is always open, and I’m grateful to see so many of
you here today. Together, we’ll keep delivering real results for our community.
Welcome everyone we are officially open for business!”
