Wind Advisory In Effect In Rockland County

Town Supervisor Michael Specht announced that there is a wind advisory in place in Ramapo until later this evening.

If you must go outside be sure to dress in layers, always make sure you have an emergency kit in your car that consists of water, a blanket, a flashlight, snack foods, and flares if you have them in case you become stranded in your car. 

Make sure your cell phone is always charged. At home, be sure to have flashlights, candles, and bottled water in case there is a loss of power.
