Village Of Spring Valley Unveils Innovate Request Tracking System

The Village of Spring Valley has unveiled a new system on their website to streamline and improve how residents receive assistance from the Village. 

The new request system on villagespringvalley.org allows local residents to submit a request and then track the progress of those requests. Residents can report various municipal concerns regarding sidewalks, deceased animals on roads, flooding, tree maintenance, vandalism, and other issues around the village. 

The new system will improve communication and transparency between residents and village officials and allow local issues to be resolved faster. The Village of Spring Valley urges all residents to take advantage of the new system and report any non-emergency issues through the website so they can then monitor the progress.
