Village Of Nyack Seeks Committee Members For Shoreline Project

The Village of Nyack announced the exciting news that they have received a grant from the NYS Department of State to enhance the shoreline at Memorial Park. With a project budget of $550,000 funded by both the state and the village, they are now looking for dedicated volunteers to join an advisory committee that will work closely with engineers and landscape architects to shape the project.

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of Nyack's most treasured asset—public access to the majestic Hudson River for both residents and visitors. The village is seeking volunteers who are passionate about preserving and enhancing our waterfront to get involved!

To join  the committee email administrator@nyack.gov. Be sure to include relevant background information and experience that you can bring to the project. Committee members will be submitted to the New York State Department of State for final approval.
