Victims Identified from Fatal Motor Vehicle Accident

Clarkstown Police Department Releases Identities of Victims in Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash On Sunday, September 28, 2025, at approximately 3:00 a.m., the Clarkstown Police Department responded to a serious motor vehicle accident near the intersection of North Little Tor Road and Roberts Road in New City. Upon arrival, officers discovered a single-vehicle collision involving a gray Honda Civic that had been traveling northbound on North Little Tor Road.

Preliminary investigation indicates that the vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree, resulting in catastrophic damage. Tragically, all three occupants of the vehicle were pronounced deceased at the scene by responding medical personnel. 

The Clarkstown Police Department can now confirm the identities of the deceased as:

● Andrew Pinos, 20-year-old male, of Nanuet, NY 

● Larry Buestan, 18-year-old male, of Thiells, NY 

● A 14-year-old female from Stony Point, NY (Name withheld due to age)
