Victim Extracted From Vehicle Following Accident On Viola Road

Several emergency response teams responded to a severe car accident at the corner of Mile Road and Viola Road in Suffern on Monday afternoon. 

Two vehicles collided right at the corner of Mile and Viola Road, trapping one victim in a car. Hatzoloh, Rockland Paramedics, Spring Hill and Faist EMS, and the Tallman and Suffern Fire Departments quickly responded, and extracted the victim.

The patient was transported to the hospital in stable condition, while another victim sustained minor injuries.
