By M. C. Millman
Update: March 1 - 11:42 a.m.
The second thief wanted for breaking into a string of cars and attempting to break into homes as well in the Village of New Square earlier this week has been arrested.
Both timely arrests were due to the unstinting efforts of the Ramapo Police Department, which worked round the clock to bring the perpetrator to justice.
The assistance provided by Ershte Hilf on the scene, including gaining access to camera footage throughout the Village, played a key role in the prompt arrests as well.
Details to follow as they become available.
