Tragedy in Pomona: Habucher Efraim Rubin U"h

A tragic incident occurred this afternoon on Overlook Drive in Pomona when a victim passed away at the scene of an accident.

The incident happened around 2:50 PM when a vehicle struck a person driving on a bicycle.

The victim was identified as 14-yr-old Efraim Rubin, son of Yblch"t Mordche Rubin.

Hatzolah and multiple emergency services responded to the scene, but unfortunately, the victim was declared dead upon arrival.
