TRAFFIC ALERT: New Square Repaving Will Shut Down Washington Avenue

Residents of New Square have been notified that due to road repavement, on an important stretch of road in the shtetl, Washington Avenue will be closed to traffic during the daytime hours. 

Starting Wednesday, Washington Avenue will be repaved between the hours of 6:00 in the morning until 5:00 in the afternoon. 

Multiple intersections throughout this central thoroughfare will also be closed, and drivers will need to seek alternate routes. 

The residents were asked for understanding and cooperation during this time when the project takes place for the benefit of all Skver residents.
