Town of Ramapo Supervisor Visits New Square for Safety Event

Town of Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht visited Avir Yakov in New Square today for a safety event. 

The supervisor stressed general safety and the importance of wearing a reflector at night, especially now that the clocks have changed, making it dark when many students leave school to go home. 

"I visited the New Square school today to hand out safety reflectors to the students with my friend  Moshe Koff," Supervisor Specht shares exclusively with Rockland Daily. "It was great to meet the kids and teachers and emphasize the need to stay safe. Thank you to the Village of New Square, the school administration and teachers and to the very enthusiastic and welcoming students!"

The supervisor distributed nearly a thousand reflectors to the students during his visit.
