Tomorrow: Paving on Washington Avenue in New Square

This week, paving work will continue on Washington Avenue in New Square, stretching from the entrance of the shtetl until the corner of Jefferson Avenue.

The project is scheduled to begin Monday morning at 5:00 a.m. and is expected to be completed by midday.

During the morning hours, the following entrances will remain open:

• Refuah entrance
• Hatzolah garage by the Ateres Charna parking lot
• Fastov entrance

Traffic controllers will be stationed at all locations to help direct vehicles.

Residents living on Washington Avenue are reminded to move their cars the night before so crews can complete the paving without delays.
