Spring Valley Police Department Appoints New Administrative Sergeant

The Spring Valley Police Department appointed a new Administrative Sergeant. 

Sergeant Dowling was appointed to his new position earlier today in the Spring Valley Police Department. 

"Sergeant Brandon Dowling is a very qualified and knowledgable person," Spring Valley Deputy Mayor Yisroel Eisenbach shares with Rockland Daily, "and he will be  an excellent fit for the job in serving the public and the Spring Valley Police Department by giving both his very best." 

Spring Valley residents wish the new sergeant success every step of the way and, most importantly, in keeping the Spring Valley neighborhood safe and secure.
