Skver Backs Beth Davidson, Tom DiNapoli Ahead of Tuesday’s Democratic Primary

The Shikun Skver election committee has issued a voter notice to Democratic-registered voters, calling on them to turn out in Tuesday’s Democratic primary and support Rockland County Legislator Beth Davidson for Congress in New York’s 17th Congressional District, along with incumbent Thomas P. DiNapoli for State Comptroller.

The notice stresses the importance of voting in this contested primary, where every vote matters, and a large Skver turnout gives the kehillah a significant voice. The notice says, information cards about polling sites have been mailed out.

Davidson is running in a competitive Democratic primary for NY-17, which includes Rockland County, Putnam County, and parts of Dutchess and Westchester. Making the Shikun Skver vote a significant difference-maker.

DiNapoli, who has served as New York State Comptroller since 2007, is also facing a Democratic primary as he seeks another term. The Skver backing is expected to give both Davidson and DiNapoli a strong turnout boost.

According to trusted reports, the Vizhnitz Kehillah is also expected to back the same candidates, adding another significant endorsement push in the final days before the Democratic primary for the askanim-backed candidates.
