Sanz-Klausenburg Community Celebrates Acquisition of Massive $14M Building for Girls’ School

The Sanz-Klausenburg community in Monsey, is celebrating a major milestone with the acquisition of a $14 million, four-story building at 86 Highview Road for the girls school, Beis Chinuch L’Banos Sanz-Klausenburg.

Spanning over 40,000 square feet, the facility features spacious classrooms, wide hallways, and a large dining hall, accommodating preschool, elementary, and high school students, plus extracurricular spaces, and a hall for Simchas on the lower floor.

Future plans include adding floors for growth and creating event halls for revenue. This acquisition is part of the community’s $40 million investment in properties over the past five years.
