The eastbound Route 59 from Bobby Lane near the Palisades Mall was closed yesterday due to flooding, as was the Route 303 exit onto Bobby Lane in West Nyack.

Clarkstown Police partially reopened the road at around 5:30 a.m. this morning. Drivers are urged to use extreme caution, especially near the cones on the road, due to the deep water that remains on the road.
