Rockland Green Accepts Leftover Pool Chemicals

By Rockland Daily Staff

Rockland Green's Hazardous Waste Management Facility is open during the swimming season in order to allow residents to have a local facility where they can dispose of old pool chemicals.

Leftover pool chemicals can be brought to 35 Firemens Memorial Drive in Pomona. While the facility accepts all pool chemicals, dry chemicals are considered safer and more accessible for workers to handle.

Residents are advised to stay in their car when dropping off items as Rockland Green workers will be on hand to remove the items from the vehicle.
