Rockland County's single-family median sales price increased by 16.8 percent since February 2023.
According to a report by the Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors® (HGAR), first reported by RCBJ here, this increase reflects the highest gain in single-family home prices across the region. At the same time, Rockland's single-family home sales were down in February.
Median co-op sales prices also increased. The 22.2 percent increase brought the average selling price up to $137,500, while overall sales dropped by ten percent throughout the county. Condo prices expanded by nearly five percent for a median of $385,000 per condo.
