House Speaker Mike Johnson is set to visit New Square this Sunday, December 7, 2025, together with Congressman Mike Lawler. The Speaker will be welcomed for a special meeting with the Skver Rebbe shlita.

Askanim say the visit highlights the warm relationship between the Skver community and Congressman Lawler, as well as the continued national attention on issues important to Rockland County.

After the event in New Square, Speaker Johnson will join Congressman Lawler for other events in Rockland County. Organizers say the meeting will allow local officials to discuss key priorities and ongoing collaboration with federal leadership.

Additional details for Sunday’s schedule are expected to be released as the event approaches.
