Recipes: Lemon Garlic Hassleback Potatoes

Fun to make and packed with flavor, these potatoes are sure to be a hit with the family!
1/4 cup oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons honey
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoon parsley, chopped
4 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 medium Yukon Gold Potatoes
1: Combine all the ingredients besides the potatoes and mix well
2: Slice thin slits through the potatoes making sure not to cut all the way through
3: Brush the oil mixture over the potatoes. Bake covered at four hundred degrees for thirty minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional thirty minutes
