Ramapo Police Department Bike Unit Takes a Ride in the Park

The Ramapo Police Department bike unit conducted patrols throughout various parks within the town on Shabbos. 

The bike unit allows officers to patrol areas frequented by pedestrians that a patrol vehicle cannot. This is done to detect suspicious or illegal activity, look for possible hazardous conditions, and ensure the safety of all who visit the park.
