President Biden Gives Commencement Speech at West Point Military Academy

This past weekend, President Biden came to Hudson Valley to give the commencement address at the United States Military Academy at West Point, which is located around a half hour from Monsey. President Biden also handed out diplomas to some of the 1,000 graduating cadets.
Although Biden didn’t mention Trump’s name in his speech, he reiterated that the graduating students’ job was to protect the constitution and democracy, and to “keep us free at this time, like none before.”
President Biden also mentioned the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine, Israel, and China.
“There’s never been a time in history when we’ve asked our military to do so many different things in so many different places around the world, all at the same time,” Biden said. “Hold fast to your values that you learned here at West Point.”
