Palisades Mall Ferris Wheel Reopens

After being closed for five years, the iconic indoor ferris wheel in the Palisades Mall has now reopened!

The ferris wheel, which is the only indoor ferris wheel in New York, shut down during COVID-19 and has been closed since. The mall's management recently changed due to financial trouble, and this move is the latest effort from the new management to reinvigorate the mall. 

“The Ferris wheel has long been an iconic feature of the Palisades Center, and we’re thrilled to bring it back,” Palisades Center Marketing Manager Kerri Cunningham said. “This reopening reflects our commitment to revitalizing the guest experience and enhancing Palisades Center's family-friendly atmosphere.” 

There will be an official "Wheel-ebration" on Saturday, January 18, in the food court on the third floor, but the ferris wheel is already open daily from 12:30pm-8pm.
