New Sidewalks Coming To Route 59

Construction workers were spotted working on the side of the road on Route 59 in Suffern.

They are working to extend the curb to make place for a sidewalk so that pedestrians have a safe place to walk on the busy street.

The work is being done in the front of the Webster Bank, past the South Airmont Rd and Route 59 intersection.
