New City ShopRite Celebrates Completed Renovations Including Expanded Kosher Section

ShopRite of New City, located at 66N Main St, New City, which has been undergoing renovations since last summer while remaining operational, will be holding a ribbon cutting ceremony this Friday to celebrate the completion of their remodeling. 

The store, which first opened in 1980, has been expanding various departments and updating the store with a fresh design and open layout to better serve their customers. The changes include expanded dairy and frozen sections, as well as new fresh seafood and floral departments. 

In addition, the kosher section of the supermarket has been expanded to accomodate the growing Jewish community in New City, and features many new kosher products. 

The ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Friday, February 21, at 9am.
