Monsey Service Center Harassed By Anti-Semites

A local shop on Main Street, the Monsey Service Station body shop, experienced a disturbing incident of antisemitism this morning.
“When we arrived at the shop this morning, the entire parking lot was littered with flyers depicting a Star of David with a big ‘X’ over it,” Lauren Pepper, the daughter of the owner tells a Rockland Daily representative. This incident comes 48 hours after they put up an Israeli flag outside the business.
Later in the morning a small group of men came into the office and started yelling at the staff, calling the owners Nazis and terrorists, and demanding they take down the Israeli flag. When the owner politely asked them to leave the men started harassing customers as well.
“No one starts up with me,” Lauren tells me with a wry grin, “and we’re not going anywhere.”
Police are currently investigating the incident.
