Masses of Chassidim to Greet Skverer Rebbe Upon his Return to Town

On Monday evening, thousands of Chassidim in Skver are set to make their way to the entrance of the shtetl to greet the Skverer Rebbe, shlit”a, as he returns to the village following a lengthy absence. 

In recent years, the Rebbe has made his way to Malibu, California, for respite for about a month during the winter. 

This year, the Rebbe left for Malibu about a month ago but interrupted his time there, and visited Krakow and other mekomos hakedoshim with those of his Chassidim who were donors of $100,000 to the new beis medrash. The trip to Poland was called Bnei Heicholo. 

The Rebbe subsequently returned to Malibu for a few days and will return to Skver on Monday evening.
