Last Single-Family House on Phyllis Terrace Demolished

A house on Phyllis Terrace that experienced devastating damage after an oven fire in April of last year, as reported here, was demolished today. 

This house stood as the last single-family residence on Phyllis Terrace and served as the location for the Vesiken Minyan for many years. It was a cherished place for those seeking to daven in the early morning hours during this special time.

Plans are underway for the construction of a new multi-unit home in its place.
