Junior Chef: Traffic Light Fun

As we kick off the summer season, it's the perfect opportunity to teach the kids about street safety. This week's baking activity features traffic light treats—a fun way to reinforce important road rules.

You will need:

Chocolate covered wafers

Colorful lentils

Baking chocolate

Skewers

Step #1: Push one skewer into each of the chocolate wafers.

Step #2: Melt a little bit of baking chocolate and with a piping bag or a plastic bag make three little dots on the wafer.

Step #3: Take one red, yellow and green lentil and place it on the wafer.
