HISTORY: Viznitzer Rebbe of Bnei Brak to Lead Shabbos Together with Monsey Rebbe

It was announced earlier in the week that the Viznitzer Rebbe of Bnei Brak will be making his way to America to raise funds to pay off the massive Viznitzer Beis Medrash that has recently been completed. 

History will be made at the end of next week, when the Rebbe will join his first cousin, the Rebbe of Viznitz Monsey, for the entirety of Shabbos Parashas Yisro. Chassidim of Viznitz-Monsey are expected to take part in the appeal. 

The fathers of the two Admorim were Rebbe Mordechai of Viznitz-Monsey, known as the Toras Mordechai, and Rebbe Moshe of Viznitz-Bnei Brak, known as the Yeshu’os Moshe. 

This Shabbos will be historic, as it will bring together these two Admorim for a Shabbos for the first time, as well as scores of their chassidim.
