Even Hapinah Today for New Vien Girls School Building

The Vien Kehilla is preparing for a special occasion this afternoon, when the cornerstone will be laid for a new building for Bnos Chana Vien, the girls’ school serving the growing community.

The new building will be constructed on Highview Road, near College Road, and will provide much-needed space for the hundreds of students attending the school.

Bnos Chana Vien was established 12 years ago and named in memory of the mother of the Viener Ruv.

Since its opening, the school has continued to grow, creating the need for a dedicated building with the space and facilities to accommodate its students.

The planned building will span several floors and include dozens of classrooms, a large lunchroom and other facilities needed for the school’s daily activities.

The Even Hapinah is scheduled for today at 3:30 p.m., at 65 Highview Road in Monsey.
