Once again, the East Ramapo Central School District (ERCSD) is holding a vote in its annual effort to increase the budget for the school district.

The 2024 Budget Vote proposal being presented tomorrow, Tuesday, May 21, includes a call for a $36,276,223 million budget increase, which is a tremendous 12.27% higher than last year's budget.

If the budget passes, school taxes will increase by 1.99% for each taxable household If it does not pass, school taxes will remain the same as they were this past year.
