Emergency Personnel Rescue Entrapped Driver After Palisades Accident

Emergency personnel responded to an accident on the Palisades Interstate Parkway, northbound lane, that took place at 6:52 a.m. on Saturday.

The Sparkill-Palisades Fire Department firefighters rescued a driver of one of the cars who was entraped in the vehicle after the two vehicle accident.

The passenger was taken by the South Orangetown Ambulance Corps to a nearby hospital for further medical attention and transport.
