Director of Ramapo Valley Soccer Club Arrested and Charged With Double Felony

The director of the Ramapo Soccer Club, Yan Garcia, was arrested on Friday, October 21 for grand larceny and criminal possession of stolen property. The 35-year-old-year-old Hillburn resident was accused of embezzling $95,000 from the club over the past two years.

Garcia was arraigned by Honorable David Fried in the Town of Ramapo Justice Court and released without bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for November.
