Congressman Lawler to Hold Rockland County Town Hall
By Yisroel R.
Congressman Mike Lawler is set to host a Rockland County town hall on Sunday, February 1, at 6 p.m., marking his thirteenth in-person, countywide town hall since taking office in January 2023. The event will take place at a location in Rockland County that will be shared with registered attendees ahead of time.
The town hall is open to residents of New York’s 17th Congressional District and is intended to give constituents an opportunity to hear directly from the congressman and engage on local and national issues. Lawler has held regular town halls throughout his time in office as part of his outreach to communities across the district.
Attendance is limited, with tickets restricted to one per person. Those registering more than one attendee are required to submit information for each individual. Proof of residency within the 17th Congressional District will be required for entry.
Questions during the town hall will be asked either by the moderator or by attendees whose tickets are called upon during the forum. Only the individual whose ticket is called upon will be permitted to ask a question, and questions will be limited to one minute.
Residents interested in attending can register online. Additional details, including the exact location, will be provided to confirmed attendees prior to the event.
