Clarkstown Town Hall Holds Event to Show Solidarity With Israel

Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann, along with local officials and community leaders, held an event this morning at the Clarkstown Town Hall.

The event was arranged to show solidarity with Israel and the Jewish community in the ongoing war against Hamas terrorists.

"As the Chesed Shel Emes director, I have seen the worse humanity has to offer," Rabbi Mayer Berger, Clarkstown resident, shared as he addressed attendees. "This is very personal to me."

"My message to our friends in Israel," Rabbi Berger continued, "is: our hearts beat with you, our tears flow alongside yours, and our prayers ascend begging for solace and healing and a better future."
