Clarkstown Councilman Carroll Anounces Candidacy for NYS Assembly

Clarkstown Councilman Patrick J. Carroll announced his candidacy for New York State Assembly after Assemblyman Ken Zebrowski announced Thursday that he won't seek to renew his seat in the New York State Assembly in November after nine terms serving Rockland County.
"After tirelessly advocating for the people of Clarkstown for the last seven years," Carroll told Rockland Daily exclusively, "I have decided to run for NYS Assembly to fight for our suburban quality of life, good schools, and safe streets at the state level. We need a strong voice in Albany to follow Assemblyman Zebrowski and effectively represent all of our residents. I want to be that voice and intend to spend the next ten months earning the support of the voters of Haverstraw, Nyack, and Clarkstown."
