Brooklyn Man Arrested for Credit Card Fraud in Haverstraw
The Haverstraw Police Department arrested a suspect in connection to a credit card fraud investigation that targeted a local business in Haverstraw.
On July 17, Haverstraw Police Department officers arrested Diamond Dinnall, 26, of Brooklyn, NY, after it was determined that he traveled to Haverstraw to make fraudulent purchases using stolen credit card information. The incident resulted in a loss of over $2,000 to the business.
The investigation was conducted in collaboration with the NYPD and Westchester County law enforcement, leading to the successful identification and apprehension of the suspect. Dinnall has been charged with Grand Larceny in the 4th Degree (Class E Felony).
The defendant was arraigned in the Village of Haverstraw Justice Court, where he was released on his own recognizance.
