Break-in at The Bobov-45 Shul and Neighboring Grocery

Early this morning, a break-in occurred at the Congregation Kochvei Yitzchok Bobov-45 on Blauvelt Road.
The incident happened at around 4:30 a.m. when the two burglars broke in to the lockers lined up in the shul and stole anything of noted value. The shul's break-in was followed by the theft of the cash register from the attached grocery. The thieves broke in by throwing a rock through the window and then made off with the cash register and its contents.
By the time the theft was noted at 8:24 a.m. and the Ramapo Police Department was called, the perpetrators were long gone, leaving Ramapo Police Detectives to investigate the crime spree together with Chaverim of Rockland and Rockland County Sheriffs BCI units.
