BDE: Reb Yehoshua Chaim Stern, z”l

We regret to inform you of the shocking petirah of R’ Yehoshua Chaim Stern, z”l, age 57, a talmid chochom and longtime Monsey resident. 

The niftar was the son of Reb Yosef Stern, and the grandson of the legendary Reb Yonah Herzog of Kedem wines. 

Reb Yehoshua Chaim was known in Monsey as a truly choshuve yungerman, a Torah’dige Yid, who had authored a Sefer on bris milah. 

He tragically suffered a heart attack and was niftar shortly thereafter. 

The levaya took place outside the Stanislaver Beis Medrash this morning.
