At Home Store in Nanuet Closing Its Doors Amid National Bankruptcy

The At Home home goods store located in the Nanuet Town Centre, widely used by Monsey residents, is preparing to close as part of a broader wave of shutdowns by the national retailer.

At Home, a furniture and home décor chain, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 16, citing “broader economic and retail-specific market pressures.” Since then, the company has announced a total of 30 store closures across the country.

The Nanuet location is among the latest stores added to the closure list. This comes after At Home initially planned to shut down 26 stores in June, later reducing that number to 24 before expanding it again to 30.
