Assemblyman Patrick Carroll Tours Hatzoloh of Rockland, Praises “Exceptional” Emergency Response Model

On Friday, May 16th, Hatzoloh of Rockland proudly welcomed Assemblyman Patrick Carroll of New York’s 96th Assembly District for a special visit and tour of its central garage and operations hub.

Assemblyman Carroll, who was elected in November 2024, previously served on the Clarkstown Town Council from 2017 until his election to the State Assembly. His visit marked the first time he was introduced to Hatzoloh’s unique model of emergency medical response.

During the tour, Assemblyman Carroll met with members of Hatzoloh of Rocklands leadership team, gaining firsthand insight into the organization’s commitment to rapid, high-quality patient care. He was deeply impressed by the innovative response model that ensures swift arrival times and fully equipped ambulances for every call.

“Hatzoloh’s level of preparedness and care is truly exceptional,” Assemblyman Carroll noted. “It’s clear that every detail—from the equipment on board to the way they treat each patient—is guided by a deep sense of responsibility and compassion”.

Hatzoloh of Rockland equips each of its ambulances with a full set of paramedic medications and specialized tools, including rare and advanced equipment not found in other agencies. This includes comprehensive pediatric gear, safety devices for newborns, and even an additional seat in each ambulance to accommodate a family member, ensuring comfort and support during critical moments.

Assemblyman Carroll’s visit underscored the importance of strong partnerships between government and community organizations. As Hatzoloh of Rockland continues to grow and serve an expanding population, the Assemblyman expressed his support and commitment to helping Hatzoloh meet the needs of the community.

More than just an emergency service, Hatzoloh of Rockland represents a mission to care for every individual in need—regardless of time, place, or circumstance. Assemblyman Carroll’s tour was a meaningful opportunity to highlight the life-saving impact of that mission in action.
