Air Quality Alert Issued for Rockland County

After a week of increased temperatures, an air quality alert has been issued for Rockland County for people who might have breathing issues, including those suffering from asthma, heart disease, COPD, and even the elderly and very young.

Those with breathing issues should consider limiting strenuous outdoor physical activity.

The air quality alert is expected to expire tonight by 11 p.m.
