Accident in Village of Pomona Requires Extrication by Emergency Personnel

Earlier today, the Ramapo Police Department responded to a motor vehicle accident at the intersection of Route 306 and Old Pomona Road in the Village of Pomona. 

Upon arrival, officers discovered a person trapped in his vehicle, requiring extrication.

Hillcrest Fire Company No. 1 responded to the scene and was able to do the extrication. Two patients were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries by Hatzoloh EMS of Rockland County and Spring Hill Community Ambulance Corps.
