West Nyack Playground Getting Major Upgrade

West Nyack families can look forward to a refreshed and more welcoming playground as the Town has officially kicked off its playground enhancement project.

The improvements include newly paved walkways, concrete sidewalks, upgraded landscaping, and modern shade structures, all designed to make the park more enjoyable for children, parents, and community members alike.

As part of the work, the walkway around the pond will be temporarily closed for about three to four weeks to allow construction crews to complete the upgrades safely and efficiently.

Town officials thanked residents for their patience and emphasized that the short-term inconvenience will result in a more vibrant and comfortable recreational space for years to come.
